How much can you make flying charter flights with a small single engine plane?
leftoutpunk asked:
I am considering getting into flying, but I want to know if it could become a career, or maybe at least a profitable pastime. I would get my private pilot’s license, then the commercial license, and then hopefully get my own plane (this is all just theoretical). Probably just a 4 seater Cessna or something.

Are there any other ways to make money with this set up that might work better?
Are there any good websites related to this??
Thanks! I’m just starting to get interested in flying, I just want to know before I spend thousands on getting licenses and logging hours, that something could be made back eventually.
A career path question for pilots fresh from their training. What to do next?
kimberlyn M asked:
For example, a pilot trainee completes a 250 hour flight training program. What can he/she do to earn hours in order to be accepted in the airlines? If he/she chooses to be a in a charter, will he/she eligible without ratings of the aircraft in that company? Or the company would provide a self-sponsored flight training for that applicant? Thank you very much.
