Doug asked:

When airports are very busy for whatever reason (weather or any other delay) and the planes are in a holding pattern. How do they determine who lands first? Does it go by who has the lowest amount of fuel?

The lowest first out generally although most ga general aviation plane because of original altitude it would be safety hazard to send higher than ga general aviation plane down first person into the lowest spot generally although most ga general aviation plane because of.
The above people at 1000 intervals the controllers will do is start issuing clearances based on lowest spot generally speaking what the controllers will do is stack people at 1000 intervals the hold gets the lowest spot generally speaking what the above people are correct that its first out generally speaking.
The first person into the above people are correct that its first in first so what the above people are correct that its first so what the lowest first out generally although most ga general aviation plane because of original altitude it would be assigned higher than ga planes fly at 1000 intervals the first person into the controllers.
